PJHL-REAS, the Anaheim City Planning Commission on Ort~r;~i ?1, ~gbg in Resolution
N0. PC68-3p8 granted Conditional Use Permit No. 1064 for the ~s;,;~i.isnme,t of a semi-
enclosed restaurant with outdoor eating area; and
WHEREAS, said use has been discontinued, and the petitioner ncw ~i•oposes to develop
ihe property with an enclosed restaurant; and ~
: WHEREAS, the Flanninq Commission on November 30, 1970 granted Conditional Use
Permit No. 1212 for the establishment of on-sal.e beer and wine in conjunction with an
enclosed restaurant on subject property, thus nullifying this existing use.
NOU~, THL-REFORr, IIE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Cemmission does
hereL-y terminate all proceedings on Conditional Use Permit No. 1064, on the basis of the
;oreaoing findings.
