F ` ' NOW, TNEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Plenning Commission does hereby grant subject Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the following conditions which ere hereby found to be a nece.ssary prerequisite to the praposed use of the subject property in order to preserve the sefety and generel welfere of tre Citizens of the City of Anaheim: 1. That the sidewalks and driveways shall be relocated and repaired along Janss Street and Lincoln Avenue as required by the City Engineer and in accordarce with standard plans : and specifications on file in [he office of the City Engineer. 2. That the owner of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot along ,)anss Street, for street lighting purposes. 3. Thal krash storage areas shail be provided in accordance with ap~roved plans on file with ti~e office of the Director of ~ublic Works. 4.
