A RESOLUTlON OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECOINMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT
PETITION FOR RECLASSIFICATION NO. 70-71-23 gg A?PROVED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did ir.itiate a verified Petition
for Reclassification on certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, Cour.tp of
Urange, State of California, described in Gxhibit "A" atCached here[o and referred to
herein as though set forth in full.

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hol~ a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim
on Dec. 28, 1970, at 2:00 o'clock P.M. notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by
law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipe! Code, Chapter 18.72, to hear and cousider
evidence for and egainst said proposed reclassification and to investigate and make findings and recommendetions
in connection therewith; end
WHEREAS, said Commission, aEter due inspection, investigation, and study made by itselE and in its be-
half, and a(ter due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine !he
following facts:
1. Thatthe Plann~ng Commission proposes a reclassification oF subject Froperty
f~:om the County A1, General Agricultural District, to the City of pnaheim, R-A, Agricultural,
Zone.
2 That subject property is presently underge;ng annex,,tion proceediny, to i:he
~ity, and an appropriate zone should be established on tt~c propes•ty until ultimate
d~.-velopment to more intense urban uses is proposed.
3. That the proposed reclassificai:ion of subject p=ouerty is nec~ssary and~or
des3raule fo= the orderly and proper development of the comn~unity.
