Petition [or Varience, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the pro-
posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and gene~al welfare ofthe Citizens of the City o(
Anaheim.
1. That adequate clearance of existing electrical Jines shall be provided as requir~~
by the Ele:trical Division, Department of Public Utilities, and the State of California
G.O. 95.
