' -- _ ) NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject Petition Eor Variance, upon the following conditions which are hereby fa~nd to be a necessary prerequisite to t6e pro- Y. ' posed use of the subject properry in order to preserve the safety and general welfere of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. ~~ 1. That this variance is granted subject to the completion of Reclassification No. ~ 69-70-35, now pending. ~ 2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with aoproved plans on file with the office of the Director of Public Works. 3. That fire hydrants shall be installed as required and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire Department. 4. That all air-conditioning facilities shall be properly shielded from view. " 5. That subject property shall be served by underground utilities, subject to review ~ by the Development Services and Utilities Department as to its feasibility or modification. , 6. That Condition Nos. 2, 3, 4, and 5, above mentioned, shall be comolied with prior to final building and zoning inspections. 7.
