Petition for Variance, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to 6e a necessary prerequisite to the prc-
posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of thc Citizens of the City ~;f
Anaheim.
1. That adequate clearance of existing electrical lines shall be provided as require^
~;. by the Electrical Division, Department of Public Utilities, and the State of Californi.~
