NOW, TF!EREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED thet the Anaheim City Plenning Commission does hr.eby grant subject Petltion for Conditionel Use Permit, upon the tollowing conditions which are hereby Eound tc b~ a necessary prerequ3site to the proposed use oi the subject property in order to ptesetve the safety and R~-;.;di wetfare of the Citizens of the City af Aneheim: 1. That trash storage areas s;hal: ~e provided in accordance with approved pians on file with the office of ~he Director of Public Works. 2. That a bond in an amount and form satisfactory to the City of Anaheim shall be posted w:th the City to guarantee the inst~;llation of a 6-foot r.:asonr~ wall along the north property line of the property adjacent and to the north of subject property be developed for resi- • 9ent~al uses, as stipula:ed to by the petitioner. •.i ~~;-~ 3. That the owner(s) of subject property shall pav to the City of Anahei.m the sum of 15¢ ,~ ; per front foot along State College Boulevard, for tree planting purposes. j 4.
