A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLAND:ING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 1170 gE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditional
Use Permit from EUCLID STREL-T BAFTIST Ch{URCH, 1408 South Euclid, Anaheim, Califo;nia, Cwner of
certain rea? property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State oi' Califorria,
described in Exliibit "A" attached he:eto and refez*ed to herein as though set fo:th in full.
; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Ha11 in the City o( Anaheim on
f+lay 4, 1970, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by
law end in acrnrdance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for and agair.st said proposed conditional use and to investigete and make findings and recortimendations in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigetion, end study mede by itself and in i!s behalf, and
aEter due consideration of all evidence ond reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1, That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditionel Use Fermit is authorized by Code :
Sectior 18.b~.020(1-c) t:o w:c: e.;pand an exi~ting chulch and related facilities.
2. That the proposed use will not adversely affeci the adjoining land uses end the growth and development uf
i the area in which it is proposed to be located.
3. That the size and shape o( ihe site proposed Eor the use is adequete to allow the (ull development o[ ttie
proposed use in a manner not detrimentat to the particular area nor to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of
the Citizens oE the City ot Anaheim.
4. That the granting ot the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if nny, will not be detrimental
to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare oE the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
