in connection therewith; end

described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the existing City limit line of the City of
Anaheim, as established by the La Palma - Rio Vista Annexation to the City
of Anaheim, passed by Ordinance No. 2211, November 9, 1965, filed with the
Secretary of State, December 14, 1965, and recorded December 20, 1~65, in
official recrords of Orange County California, said point of beginning beir.g
the centerline intersection of La Palma Avenue (now known as Frontera Street)
and Rio Vista Street, said point of beginning and centerline intersection also "
being the northwest corner of fractional Section 7, Township 4 South, Range
9 West, in the•Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana as shown on a Map filed in
Book 51, page 10 of Miscellan~ous i~iaps, records of Orange County California;

North L° 03' S2" East, 64.66 feet, more or less, along a portion of
the said existing City limit line of the City oE Anaheim, being a portion
of the centerline of said Rio Vista Street and the northerly prolongation
thereof, to an intersection with the southwesterly proiongation of the
southerly line•of that certain parcel of land conveyed to the State oE
California, described in deed recorded March 3, 1965, in Book 7431, pages
693 through 697, records of Oranc;c County California, said point of inter-
section being a point in the existing City limit line of the City of Anaheim,
as established by the Blue Gum - Coronado Annexation to the City of Anaheim,
passed by Ordinance No. 2309, July 12, 1966, filed with the Secretary of
State, August 15, 1966, and recorded August 22, 1966, in official records
of Orange Cuunty California; thence
Leaving the existing City limit line of the City of Anaheim as estab-
lished by said La Palma - Rio Vista Annexation to the City of Anaheim and
foll.owing along a portion of the existing City limit line of the City of
Anaheim as established by the said Blue Gum - Coronado Annexation the foL-
lowing courses and distances: North 51° 41' 38" East, 192.51 feet, more or
less, along said prolongation to the most southerly corner of the land des-
cribed in the last mentioned deed to the State of California; thence

R-A, Agricultural, Zone, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary
prerequisite to the proposed u~P of subject property in order to preserve the safety and general
welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
