NC6V, THE-REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Plar.ning Commission does hereby recommend to the City Council ol the City of Anaheim that subject Petition fo* Reclassification be approved, and, by so doing, that Title 18--Zoning of the Anaheirn h4unicipal Code be amended to exclude the above described property ~:om the County of Orange M1,, Light Industrial District and to incorporate said described property into the M-1, LigF.t Industrial, Zone, upon the follor~ing conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the propused use of subject property in order to preserve the safety and genera] welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. 1. That the ownar of subject property shall deed to ±he City uf Anaheim a strip of land 30 fee± in width from the centerline of the street along VJh~testar Avenue vrest of Blue Gum Street, 32 feet in width on UJhitestar Avenue east of Blue Gum Street, 45 feet in tividth on Alue Gum Street, 53 feet in wid~h on La Palma Avenue east of IIlue Gum Street, and variable svidths as required by the City Enqineer on La Palma Avenue west of Diue Gum Street, for street vaidening pur.poses. 2. That a preliminary title report shall be furnished prior to the adoption of the ordinance rezoning the property, shov.ing legai vestino of title, legal description~ and con-~ taining a map of the property. 3. Prior to the introduction of an ordinance rezoning subiect property, Condition PJos. 1 and 2, above mentioned, shall be comoleted. 4.
