Petition far Conditional Use Permit, upon the following conditions wh:ch ere hereby Eound to be a necessery prerequisite
to the proposed use of the subject property in order ta preserve the seEetp and generel welfeie of the Citizens of the
City of Aneheim:
1. :hat th•is conditional use permit is granted subjeci to th? compietiun of
It=_:assification No. 69-•70-58, no;v pending.
2. Tl~at subject property shall be developed in acco_dance with the adopted
(:ity Council Me~al Auilding Policy.
3. That subject property shall be develooed suustantially in acco~.lance with plans
and specificacior:: on file with the City oi Anaheim, markep Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2, p_ovided,,
however, that odditional landscapinq shall be provided throughout the parkiny area in
conformance with Code r?r{uirements, end fuither provided that a minimum 6-foot iandscaped
