A RESOLJTIOId OF THE CITY PLANUING COMMISSIGYJ OF T}IE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING CONDITION OF APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL US E PERMIT
IVO. 1162 THERETO
WHERE.4S, the Anaheirti City Planning Commission on tipril 6, 1970 at a public hearing
granted Conditional Use Permit No. 1162 in Resolution No. PC70-57 subject to conditions;
and
WHERE.AS, Condition No. 1 of the aforementior,ed resolution required dedication of
45 feet for street widening purposes along Broadway and Manchester Avenues, whereas this
should have read 45 feet from the centerline cf said streets; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has requested that said condition be amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the knaheim City Planning Commission does nereby
amend Condition No. 1 of Resolution No. PC70-57 dated Apri~ 6, 1970, to read as follows:
"1. That the owner(s) of subject property shall deed to the City of Anaheim
a strip of land 45 feet in width as measured from the centerline of the
street along Manchester Avenue and a strip of land 45 feet in width as
measurc~l from the centerline o'' the street along Broadway, including a
25 foot oroperty line radius, for street widening purposes." ,
