Thai; the owner of subject psoperty shall pay to thc City of Anaheiin the sum of $2.00 per front foot along ,Yiiller Street, for street li9hting purpose~. 2. That {:rash storage areas shall be provided in accordance witi~ approved plans on file with the office cf the Director of Public Works. ; 3. That fire hydrants shall be installed as required and deterrnined to be necessary by the ; Chief of the Fire Deparlment. ' 4.
