K'HEREAS, the CityPlanning Commission did hold a public hearing at the CityHall in the City of Anaheim
on June 2, 1970, at 7:pp o'clock P.M. notice of said public hearing heving been dul
iaw and in accordance with the provisiong of the Aneheim Municipai Code, Chapter 18.72, to hear and consider
evidence far and against said proposed reclassification end to investigate and make findings nd recomm ndet ons
in connection therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due in:tpection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its be-
half, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does fir.d and determine the
following facts:
1. Thatthe Commission proposes a reclassification of the above described oro
from the County of Orange M1, Light Industrial District to the Cit,
Agricultural, Zone to establish City of Anaheim zonin F°rty
y of Anaheim R-A,
2. That the proposed reclassification places the ~ending annexation.
the establishment of appropriate industrial zoning, property in a holdi~g zone pending
3• That the proposed reclassification of subject property is necessary and/or
desirable for the orcierly and proper development of the community.
4. That the proposed reclassification of subject property does properly relate to
the zones and their permitted uses locally established in close proximity to subject
property and to the zones and their permitted uses generally established throughout the
community.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hetrby recommend
to the City Council of the City of Aneheim that subject Petition for Reclessificetion be app~oved and, by so duing,
that Title ]8-Zaning of the Aneheim Municipel Code be ~mended to exclude the above deacribed property tcom the
County M1, Light Industrial liisCrict and •Co incorporate said described property into the
City of Andheim R-A, Agricultural, Zone, upon the following conditions which are hereby
found to be a necessary prerequisite to the prop~sed use of subject property in order to
preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
1. That these reclassification proceedings are granted subject to completion of
annexation of subject property to the City of Anaheim.
