That dedication shall be made to the City of Anah?im on all streets within the area, according to the Circulation Element of the General Plan - Highway P,ights-of-Way, prior to the adoption of ordinances rezoning the property. 2. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim at the time the pro~erty is developed, including preparation of improvement plans and installation of all imp.*ovements, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the office of the Cit En 3. That the owner of subject property shall install street lighting9oneail streets within the area, as required py the Director of Public Utilities and in accorda~~ce withstandard olans and specifications on file in the office of the Directo* of Public Utilities, at the time the property is develooed. 4• That a preliminary title report shall be furnished prior to the ~doption of the ordinanca rezoning the property, showing legal vesting of title, legal description, and con- taining a map of the property. 5. That ordinances reclassifying the prop~~rty shall be adopted as each parcel is ready to comply with conditions pertaining to such parcel, provided, however, that the word "parcel" Councilefor~aelo±tspletisting parcels of record and any parcel or parcels approved by the City 6. That plans for the development of subject property shall be submitted to and approved by the Development Review Committee of the Development Services Department, on the basis of compatibility of development, both structurally and architecturally. ~~. That these reclassification proceedings are granted subject to comoletion of annexation of subject property to the City of Anaheim. 8. Prior to the introduction of an ordinance rezonino subJect property, Condition No. 1, above mentioned, shall be completed. 9. 7hat Condition Nos. 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, above mentioned, shall be ~ oni~lied ~vith prior to final building and zoning inspections.
