;`~ on Jan. 11, 1971, at 2;00 o'clock P.M, notice of seid public hearing heving been duly given as required by
•~ law end in accordence with the proviaions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.72, to hear end consider
t;~ evidence for and egainst said proposed reclessification and to invest~ gete and make findings and recommendations

WIiEREAS, seid Commission, after due inspection, investi~ation, and study made by itaelE and in its be-
half, and after due consideretion of all evidence and reports offered at seid hearing, does find and determine the
following fects:
1. Thatthe Flanning Commission proposes a reclasaification of the above described
property from the County of Orai,~efl A1, General Agricultural District to the Ci.ty of
Anaheim, M-1, Light Induatrial, Zone.
2, That the proposed reclassification is i.n con£ormarice with the General Plan
and land usea established in the area.
3. That the proposed reclasaificatiun of' sub,ject pr~operty is neceasary and/or
deairable for the orderly and proper development of the community.
4. That the proposed reclassificAtion of. sub,~ect property does properly relate
to the zones and their permitted uses locally establi.ahed in c.lose proximity to subject
property and to the zones and their permitted usea generally establishEd throughout
the community.
5. That the proposed reclasaification of subjeat propert,y requires the dedication
and improvement of streets and abutting streets in accordance.w:th the Cixculation
Element of the General Plan, due to the enticipated increase in traffic which will be
generated by the intensification of land use.

that Title 18-Zoning of the Anahei,m Municipal Code be amended to exclude
the above deacr.ibad property from the A1, G~NCRAL AGRICULTURAL DISTRI:CT,
and to incorporate•said deacribed property into the M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL,
ZONE upon the folluwing conditions which are hereby £ound to be a neceseary
pre:r~quisite to the proposed use of sub~ect property in order to preserve
the eafety and genera.l welfare of the Citizena of the City of Anahe:-.rn~
(1) That dedication ahall be made to the City of Anaheim of all streets
