That the ownei of subject property ehall conditionally dedicate to the City of Anaheim a strip of ].and 60 feet in width from the cenrerline of the atreet along Katella Avpnue for street wideniag purposea, conditioned upon etreet widening raking place between William Miller Drive and aubject property or upan request of the City Engineer. 2. That the exis~ing atructure shall be brought up to the minimum standarda of the City oI Anaheim, including the Uniform Building, Plumbing, Electrical, Housing, Mechanical and Fire Codea as adopted by the City of Anah~im. 3.
