Thet the granting of the Conditional Use Pecmit under the conditions imposed, if nny, will not be detrimental to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens oE the City of Anaheim. 5. That the petitioner stipula~ed that theie would be no more than four (4) trainees at one time on the premises. 6. Tha~ the petitioner stipulated that the use would be for a three }•ears, and if additional time for the use was requested this could~be~determinedaatlY an advertised public hearing; and further that the landscaping presently in poor condition would be replaced. 7.
