SECTION 18.40.070(3) - Minimum buildint~ setback. (25 feet required; ~,;~ 0 feet proposed), 2. That waiver 1-a, above mentioned, is hereby granted on the basis that the parcel to ttie south is part of properties considered appropriate for commercial use on the General Plan. ~• Th~t the proposed use will not adversely affect. the adjoining land uses and the growth and development oE the area in which it is proposed to be located. 4.
