That the granting of !he Conditional Use Permit under the condition : ~posed, ii any, will not be detrimental to the peace, heal:h, safety, bnd general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. S. T'hat the pel-itioner stipulated that customer vehicles awaiting painting would be stored to the rear of the structure, and thar only c~mpletely proceased vehicles awaiting pickup, will be parking in the front setback area. 6, That the petitioner stipulated to comp'liance with the Sign Ordinance. 7.
