WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing et the City Hall in the Cit,y of Anaheim on

law and in accordance with the provisiuns of the Anaheim Municipal code, Chepter 18.64, to hear end consider evidence
for and egair.st said proposed conditional use snd to investigate end make findings and recommendations in connection
