That the petitioner proposes e reclassificetion of the above described proparty from the R-A, Agricultural, Zone to rhe R-3, Multiple Family Residential, Zone. 2. That the proposed reclassification is substantially in conformance with the Anaheim General Plan and surrounding land uses. 3. That the proposed reclas3ification of subject property is necessary end/or desirable Eor the orderly end pro- per deveiopment of the community. 4. That the owners of eubject property ahall pay to the Ciry of Anaheim the aum ot $2 AO ~ per frnnt foot along Acacia Street for etreet ligheing purpoaes. ~ 2. That th~e owners of aub~ect proper~y ahall pay to the City of Aneheim the sum o~ 15~ ' per front foot along Acacia Streer far tree planting purpoaea. ~ 3.
