4. That approval of subject petition would establish anundesirable precedent encouraging
similar requests from the other oil companies,
5. That signing of Clle existing service statioris advertising the myriad af products and
gi~~e aways made it very di£ficult to readily identif~• service stations as such without
having another sign on the premises.
6. That eny 1-:ardship that might result if subject petition were denied would be a self-
iniposed hardship,
7. That the applicant should approach the problem of signing in a manner which~a~ould
integ rate all signing on one pole sign, rarher than considering a~vertising each service or
produc t on an individual signing basis.
