That~ the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional Use Permit is authorized by Code : SGCTION 18.40.060 - Establish a motel. SECTIdN 18.40.060(g) - To permit on-sale liquor in a proposed restaurant._ -~~\ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ 2. That the proposed use~will not adversely af:rct the ad~oining land use~ and the growth and development uf the area in which it is proposed tc e located. 3. That the size and shape of ihe site proposed for the use is adequate !o allow tl~e full development nf the proposed use in e manner not detrimental to the perticular area nor to the peace, hea!th, seEety, and generel welfare of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim. 4. That the granting of the Conditionel Use Permit under the condition~ imposed, if any, will not be detrimental to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citiz,.ns oE the City oE A~naheim. 5. That action taken by the Planning Commission in requiring the formula for off- street parking for this motel is not intended to establish a precedent for similar req~~^~ts Y~ for motels presently established or propuaed to be established in the City of Anaheim. 6. That the petitioner stipulated to providing the development plans f.or the re3tauran5 ~~ as well as increase the height of the wall to 8-feet adjacene to the s3ngle family homes to ~ the south, east and west. ti 7.
