WHEREAS, ihe City Planning Commissio^ did hold e public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim o;~
~~; August 9, 1971 , at 2:Qp o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by
'~~ law and in ac~rordance with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence

WHEREAS, said Commission, efter due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behalf, and
aEter due considecotion oE all evidence and reports ofEered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1, That the proposed use is properly one Eor which a Conditional Use Permlt is authorized by COde
SECTION 18.52.05Q(2-b) - to wit: EsCablish a secretarial service primarily
s erving commerce and industry.

2, That the proposed use will not adversely afEect the adjoining land uses and the growth and developrnent oF
the area in which it is proposed to be located.
3. That the si~e and shape uf the site proposed for the use is adequate to ollow the full development of the
proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the particular area nor to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of
the Citizens oE the City of Anaheim.
4. That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental
to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City oE Hnaheim.
5. 'That the petitioner stipulated that the services to be rendered by~ the proposed
secretarial. service would be restricted principally to the tenanLs of the small indusrr.ial
tract in which the use is to be located.
