~ WHEREAS, the Anaheim City Nlanning Commission at a public heariny
hc.l.d on July 17, 19G7, granted Variance No. 1892, granting waivers of
~ minimum f.ron~t setUack, maximum eave projection, and ma.nimum 1ot width,
1. in RF,olution No. PC6'1-1G4; and
W[i~REA5, the Pla:..~ing Commission subsequently granted Variance No.
228:, grantiny waiver of maximum height lim.itation to permit a two-gtory
apar.tment com~~lex within 150 feet of a single-family residential zone
and minimum distance between buildinqs, in Resolution No. PC71-166 on
August 23, 1971; and
WHEREAS, it woald appear that the previous developer no longer.
intends t;o exercise the pxivilege yranted under Variance No. 1892;
therefore, said petition should be terminaL•ed.
NO'', 7'HEREFORE, AE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning
Commission does hereby zecommend to the City Council of the City of
Anaheim termination of all proceedings on Variance No. 1892 on the ba is
of the foregoing fin3ings.
