WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold e public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Annheim
on rlunu s t 2 3, 19', 1, ~t 2;00 o'clock P,M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given
as req~~ired by law and in accordance with the provi~ions of the Anaheim Municipel code, Chepter 18.64, to hear
and consider evidence for and against seid proposed conclitional use and to investigate and make findings and
recommendetions in connection therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in it~ be-
; half, and after due consideretion of all evidence and reports offered ot seid hearing, does find and determine the
~• following facts:

; 1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditionoi ~Jse Permit is authorized by Code , t a
~' wit: Section 18.40.060 (o) - to permit on•-sale beer and wlne in conjuncticn
! wlth a family billiard room and beer parlor.
2. That tne ~ropos ~d use will adversely affect: the adjoining land uses
and the growth and deve lopment of the area in which i.t is proposed to be
located,
3. That thp si.ze and shape of the site proposed for the use is not
~ adequate to allow the f ull development of the proposed use in a c-ianner not
~ ~'etrimental to the particular area nor to the peace, health, safety, and
aeneral welfare of the C! tizens; of the City o£ Anaheim.
~ 4. That the granting of the Conditional Use Per.mit urider the conditzons
~' imposed, iF any, will be dF~trimental to the
I; eeneral wel£are of the Citizens of the City ofaAnahPemlth, safety, and
5. That the propos ed use would not be family oriented as advertised
because the beer bar would be the major, activity and there would be no
