September 8, 1971, at 2:OQ ~'clock P.M., notlce oE seid public hearing having been duly given as require~ t,y
law and in acaordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipel code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for and agair.st seid proposed conditional use end to investigate and make findirtgs and recommendetions in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, aEter due inspection, investigation, and study mede by itself and in its behalf, and
aEter due consideration ~f ell evidence end reports offered at seid hearing, does find end determine the Eollowing facts:
1, Thet the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditionel Use Permit is authorized by COde
SECTION 18.64.020 (1-b) - expand an existing chi.l~i nuraery.

Petltion Eor Condltlonal Uee Permit, upon the following conditlon~ which ere hereby found to be A necessary prerequiaite
to the proposed uee ot the BubJect property in order to preserve the aafety and general weltn~o of the Cltlzena of the
Clty ot Anahelm:
(1) That the owner(s) of aub,ject property shall deed to the City of Aneheim a etrip of
land 10 feer in width Erom L•he centerline of the alley.
(2) That the owner(s) of aub,ject property shall pay to the Ci.ty of Anaheim thp aum of 15~
per front foot along Aneheim BoulevArd for tree planting purposes,
(3) That Condition Nos. 1 and 2, above mentioned, sha11 be complied with prior to the
