WHEREAS, the City Planning Commicsion did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on

law end in accordonce with the provislons of the Anaheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for end agaIr.st said proposed conditionai use and to investigate and meke flndings end recommendetions in connection
