WHGREAS, the Anaheim Ciry Planning Commiasion on March 24, 1969, granced Conditio~.al
Use Permit No. 1103 in Reaolution No. PC69-61, sub~ect to conditiono; and
WHEREAS, the Anahaim City Council an April 22, 1969, granted Condirional Ust Permit
No. 1103 in Resolution No, 69k.209~ subject to conditiona; and
WHEREAS, to date the petitioner <<as not exercised the right granted under aeid re-
aoluti~n, nor have the conditiona of approval been met; and

WHFREAS~ the Planning Commisaion ~~~i September 20, 1971~ grant•ed Conditi.onal Use Per-
mit No. 1264 to permir on-~ale beer and wine in con,junction witf~ a restaurant, in
Reeolution Na. PC71-186, thereby superseding the uae granted under Conditional Uae
Permit No. 1103.
NOW, THEREr'ORE, II~ IT RESOLVEA ehat the Anaheim City Plar~ning Commisaion does here-
by recommend to the City Council uf the City af Anaheim termination of all proceed-
ings in Conditional Use Permit No. 11U3, based on the foregoing findings.
