WNER~AS, the Ar~aheim Ci~:y Plann~.ng Commission in Series 1959-GO - Resolution No. 39,
dal:cd August 17, 1959 did recommend approva,l of Petition for Reclassif. ice+.lon No. 59-60-11,
sub,~ect to conditions; and
WFIEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim in Resolution No. 5542, dated October 6,
,~ 1959 did establish a resolut~.on o f intent to R-3, Multiple-Family Residential, 2one sub,ject
~~ to conditions; and
WHEREAS, none of the conditions have been met, and the time lirnitation has expired;
and
ii WHEREAS, Reclassification No . 70-71-24 was recommend~d to the City Council for approval
, by the Planning Commission in Resolution No. PC71-17, sub~ect to conditions, said petition
I;; covering the same property as wa s recomm~anded for approval in Reclass ification No. 59 - 60-11.

recommend to the City Council of the City uf Anaheim ~:ermination of ail proceedings on
