WHEREAS, the Anoheim City Plennin~ Commiesion ~C ~ public hearing held on July 17, 1967,
grsnted Variance No. 1892, granting waivore of minimum fron~: setbeck, maximum eave pro,jec-
tion, and mini.mum lot wi.dth, in Resolution No. PC6~-164;~ and
WHEltEAS, rhe Anaheim City Council at a pub~ic hearing held on Auguat 1, 1971, granted
Variance No, 1892 in Resnlution No. 67R-432; and
WHERF,AS, the Anaheim City Planning Commisa'..on on Auguet 23, 1971, in Resolurion No.PC71•166
did recommend termina~ion ot Variance No. Z892 on the baois thet Variance No. 2^92 aupercede:d
rhe previous action; and
W HE;REAS, subsequent research of the file indicated that th~ petitioner had exercised two
of the waivera ea they pertained ro Portion 1, and int~nded to exercise the waiver of r.he
minimum lot width on Por~i.on 2 when a parcel map was filed to build the un{xa un the R-3
portion (2), therefore, it would not be appropriate to have terminated said variance
NOW, THEREFOItE, BE IT. RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commiasic~n does hereby
reacind their previous aceion recommending ePrminat~.on of Variance No. 1892 in Resolution
No. PC71-166, o~ the besis of rhe foregoing fin3ings, and that said V~rianGe ahal.l remain
in full force and effect.
THE FOR~GOING RESOLUTION is aign~d and epproved by me this 30th day of September, 1971.
