ALL PROCEEDINGS ON CONDITIONAL l1SE PERMII' N0. 936, THERETO
WHEREAS, the Anaheim City Planning Commisslon in Resolut3.or, No. PC67-78, da~:ed Apri1 2~~,
19G'l, did grant Condlti.onal Use Permit No. 936, sub~oct to canditions; and
WI-IEREAS, one extension of time which expired April 24, 1968 was granted by the Planning
Commission for the completion of conditions; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner did not exercise the use, and has proposed a recl~ssificati~n
~,,, of the property to develop it for multiple family uses under Reclassification No. 70-71-24.
~,~;~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RFSOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby
;~ terminate a11 proceedings on Conditional Use Permit No. 936, on the basis of the foregoing
