dated October 17, 1960 granted Variance No. 1305, permi•tting waiver of the one-story height
limitation; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim in Resolution No. 6560, dated
December 20, 1960 grani;ed Vari.ance No. 1305 sub3ect to condi.tions; and
""; WHEREAS, the ~etitioner has never exe.rcised said va.riance nor has any extenston
~A~ of time been requested; and

~~ WHEREAS, the Anaheim City Planning Commission on February S, 1971 considered another
;'` reclassification and variance petition on sub~ect property and recommended approval subject

,;;Y' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESQLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby
