Condition Nos. 5, 6, and 7 would no longer be necessary si.nce

NOW, TH~;REFORE, BF IT RESOLVED tliat the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby recommend ta the City Council of the City of Anaheim deletion of
Condition Nos. 5, 6, and 7 oF Resolution No. 71-R25, on the basis that
subject property was now covered by the Scenic Corr.idor Overlay (SC) Zone
and development of t:.e property would occur in accordance with said zone,
the H~llside Grading Ordinance, a:~d the Subdivision Ordir.ance.
