WHFREAS, the City Plenning Commission dici hold a public hearing at the City Hell in the City of Aneheim
an N o ve mb e r 15 , 19 71 at 2:00 o'clock P.M„ notice of said public hearing having been duly ~iven as required
by law and in eccordance ~vith the provis~ons of the Anaheim Municlpal Code, Chapter 18.68, to hear and consider
evidence for end e~gginst said proposed variance and to investigate and m~ke Findings end recommendations in connec-
tion the~ewith; and
WHEREAS, said ~Comnissi~n, n(ter due inspection, investigetlon, and study n+ade by itself end in its behalf,
and after c'ue consideration rsf all evidence and reports offered at seid heAring, does find and determine the following
facts:

5, That the petitior.er stipulaCed to removal of the pump islands and either rer~oving or
i filling the existing gasoline storage tanks with sand.
~ 6. That the petitioner stipulated to removal of the driveway on Orange Avenue nearest
~ Brookhurst Sereet and the driveway on Brookhurst Street nearest Orange Avenue and to the ex-
~; tension of the required 3-foot wide screen planting area adjacent to the abutting streets.
4 7. That the petitioner stipulared to bringing all signs on the property inCo conformity
~ with the Anaheim Municipal Code except that the existin~ free-standing identification sign
~ may remain as it exists provided that it cocr,plies with the maximum sign area requirements.

(4) That trash storage areas shall be prnvided in accordance with approved plans on

;~~ along the property line to include the removed driveway aprons.
