WHE~'EAS, the City Planning Commission did hold c~ public hearing at the City Hall In the City oE Anaheim
on N ovemb e r 15 , 19 71 at 2;00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given es required
by law and in accordance with the provisions oE the Anaheim Municipel Code, Chapter 18,68, to hear end considec
evidenr.e for and eqainst said ptoposed veriance and to investigate And make Eindings and recommendetions in connec-
tion therewith; and
WHER~AS, said Commissi~n, efter due inspection, investigetlon, and study mede by ltself and in its behelf,
and after due consideration of ali evidence end reports offered et said heering, does Eind and determine the following
fects:
1, That the petitioner requests a varianc~from the Anaheim Municipel Code as follows:

2. That the peti_rioner proposes I:o expand the exisCing warehousing and distribution
facility.
3.. That there ace exceptional or extraordinory circumstences or conditions applicable to the property involved
or to the intended use of the property that do not bpply genecally to the property or cless of use in the same vicinity
and zone.
4. That the requested variance is necessary for the preservation and enjoyment of a substantial property right
possessed by other property in the seme vicinity and zone, and denied to the property in question.
5• That the requested variance will not be materially detrimental to the public welfere or injurious to the prop-
erty or improvements in such vicinity and zone in which the property is located,
6. That the petitioner stipulated to installation of landscaping in ehe form of 15-
gallon L-rees plante~ on 20-foot centers on the interior rf the prop.•sed slatted chainlink
