Petltlon for Verience, upon the Following condltlons whlch ate hereby found to be e necosaery prerequlalte to the pro-
posed use of the aubJect propecty in order to preaerve the eafety and general weltare of the Citizens of the Clty of
Anohoim;
(1) Tl~at che applicant ehall abrain an encroacfiment permit Crom the City for encroach-
ment wilhin the exiering puUlic utility easement.
(2) That rhe per.itioner shall inatall gutters along tt~e raof line of the patio and
downspouta to drain warer irom said roof to the fronr of the property~ in order to protect
the ad~oining property,
(~~ That aub~eet property ahall be developed aubatAnti.ally in accordance with plans
and apeciCications on file witti the Ci~y of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos 1 and 2,
