WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City lioll in the City of Analieim on
Novet~ber 29, 1971 at 2;00 o'clock P.M., notice oE said public hearing having been duly given as required by
law and in eccordance with the provisions of the Anaheim 111unicipal code, Chepter 18.64, to hear end consider evidence
for and ageir.st said proposed conditional use and to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection
therewith; and
~ ~{ WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study msde by itself and in its beh~~lf, and
;; ;i after due consideretion of all evidence and reports offered et said hearing, does find and detertnine the Eollowing facts:
1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional Use Permit is authorized by Code :
SECTION 18.64.020(2-b) ~o wit: establish a clinic for hemo-dialysis, ii~cluding
tr.ear.menr, trair.ittg, cesearci~, ar~d development
i;t an existing buildin~.
2. That the proposed use will not adversely aFEect the adjoining land uses end the growth and development uf
the area in which it is p~oposed to be located. "
3. That the siae and shape of the site proposed fnr the use is adequate to ellow the ~ul: development of the
proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the perticular erea nor to the peace, heal;h, safety, and general welfare of
the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
4. That the granting of the Conditional Use Pennit under the conditions imposed, if any~ will not be detrimental
to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare oE the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
5. That the proposed use has recei.ved end~rsemen~ fram the OrA;zge County Health Plan-
ni.ng Council provided rhe activity :s commenced within six months.
