Thac the petitioner proposes a reclessificetion of the above described praperty ftom the R-A~ Agricultural~ Zone to tlie R-3, MultiplE Family Residential, Zone. 2. ';hat the proposed reclassification is in conformance with ihe Anaheim General ~'lan. 3.
