WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commiesion did hold a public hearing et the City Hall in the City oE Aneheim on
February 22, 1971, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing having been duly given as required by
law and in eccurdence with the provisions o~ the Anaheim Municipel code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and considet evidence
for and agair.st sa3d proposed conditional use and to investigate and meke findings and recommendations in connection
therewith; nnd

I~ WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study mede by itself and in its behalE, and
,, ~, aEter due consideration of all evidence and r~~ports offered et said hearing, does find and determine the following Eacts:

;~~,;~ 1. Thet the proposed use is proper;y one for which a Conditionai Use Permit is authorized by Code
t~ Section 18.52.050(1-c) to wit: estaclish an automobile frame and body repair shop.
2. That the proposed ~se will not adversely affect the adjoinin~ land uses and the growth and development uE
the area in which it is ;~roposed to be located.
3. That the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is adequate to allow the full development of the
proposed use in e manner not detrimentel to the particular areo nor tu the peace, health, safety, And general welfare ot
the Citizens of the City of Ansheim.
4. That the grenting oE the Conditional Use Pertnit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be ~etrimental
to the peace, health, safety, end general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
5. That the peti~ioner stipulated that all storage and activities would be conducted
within the building.
