WHEREAS, the City Planning Commi~sion did hold a publtc hearing at the City Hell in the City of Anaheim
on March 22, 1971, at 2:u0 o'clock P.M., notice oE sair' public hearing having been duly given
as required by law an~ in accordence witl~ the provisions oE the AnAheim Municipal code, Chapter 1$.64, to hear
and consider evidence Eor and against said proposed conditional use and to investigate and make findings and
recor~mendations in connection therewith; and

1. That the proposed use is properly one for w~~ich a Conditional Use Permit is authorized b~ Code ;
, Section 18.52.050(2-a and 2-b), to wir; establish ret2il distr•i~~uti~g firms and
service business firms, including bu.siness and professional offices, primarily serving
commerce and ~.ndustry, with only incidental service to the general pt:blic.
~ 2 That Lhe Plannir~g Commission has determined trat t;ie industri~t complex in
's question appears to lend itself favorably to al.lowing the pr~posed r.ypes of uses. How-
ever, the Commisstun also determined that extreme care should br exercised in ~judging
whether specific uses qualif~~ as retail distributing fi.rms and/or service business
firms orimarily serving commerce and industry. Therefore, an.; proposed use shall be
reviewed by the Planning Commission in order chat a ~ud~;me~~~. ~rn;; be made as t whether
