"(2) That all engineering requirements of the Ci.ty of Anaheim including
preperation of improvement plans and relocation of all impravem~nts,
such aa curba and gutters~ aidewolks, yGreer grading and paving,
draina~e facilities, and other appurtenAnc work aI~-ig East Street,
including a curb return, shall be complied with as required by the
City Engine er and in eccordance with standr~rd plana and specifications
on file in the office of the City Engineer; and that a bond in an
amoun.t and form satiefactory to the City of Anaheim ahall be posted
with the Ci ty Co guarantee the installbtion of the above mentioned
