7. That five peraons appeared representing ten pereons preaent in tt~e Council Chamber in
opposition; that a letter and A petition eigned by five persona were received in oppoeition;
and that one person appnared in favor of sub~act perition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED ~hat the Anaheim City Pl~nning Comn~isaion doea hereby grant
sub~~cr, perition Eor Variance, upon the following condilions which are hereby found to be a
necessary prerequiaite to the propoaed uss of the aub~ect property in order ko preaerve the
safery and genQral welfare of the Citisena of the City of Aaaheim.
1. That subject propQrty ahall be developed aubatantially in accordance with plana and
apecificationa on Eile with the City of An~heim, marked Exhibit Nas. 1, 2, and 3, Revieion No, 1.
2. That thia variance is granked aub~ect to the approval and recordation of Tract No. 7198.
~ 3, That Condition No, 1, above mentioned, ah~ll be complied with prior to .{inal building
