That fire hydrants shall be installed as required and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire Department, That a 6-foot masanry wall shall be constructed along all interior property line(s). Th,t all aix• conditioning facilities shall be properly shielded from view, and the sour..~ buffered from adjacent proper;:ies. 'Chat a parcel map to record the approved divisior- of sub~ect property be submitted to and ap~roved by the City of Anaheim and then be recorded in the office of the Orange County Recorder. That subject property shall be ser.vQd by underground utilities. That drainage of subject property shall be disposed of in a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer. (11) That any parking area lightinq proposed sha.l'1 be down-lighting of a maximum height of 6 feet, which liglitinq shall be directed away from the property lines to protect the residential intec~rity oP ~he area. (12) All buildings along major, primary, secondary, hi11si3e primary or h311side secondary highways shall maintain a landscaped setback area having a minimum depth of 50 f.eet. The 50-~oot setback may be reduced to 30 feet wherP a 6 foot hi.gh decorative masonry wall, an earthen berm or a combination of the two is provided generally adjacent• to the property line. Openings in solid walls that are designed to include such decorative materials as wrought iron, wood, stone or landscaping are enc~»raged, provided th~t no more than ten percent of the required wall length consist of openings anc~ that no opening have a width greater than 5 feet.
