The following architecturai features, structures, and accessway~ , may bp permittied in the rPquired setback area: i (a) I'ountains, ponds, pools, sculpture, planters, open patios where part of the main structure (not a separate building), and open or covered walkways where they are an integral part of the land- scaping scheme comprised primarily of plant material~. (b) Decorative screen type walls. ' (C) Flag poles (Limited to 25 feet in neiqht) i ~ (6) That when a prospective building site and/or subdivision contains ,; ',~ a Lucalyptus tree wind:~reak the developer shali either: (1) leave the windbreak in its natural staLe; (2) prune the trees to a height ~~ of not less than 25 feet, or; (3) remove the existinq trees and replace ,~# the~n one (1) tree for each three (3) existin trees 9 (not necessarily ;{ in the same location) with trees from the list of windbieak substitute ~; trees. Terraces are tn be not less than six (6) Eeet wide, shall be constructed with impermeable materials which may include indigenous stone and/or paving, using medium or dark earthen tones (black, tan, sienna, umber, ochre, green), and shall carry water to a ~afe disposal area as approved by the City ~ngineer. (14) That all street sections shall conform to the sections as shown on ~xhibit "A". The City Engineer may, upon request, permit devi.ations from the standards provic~ed and accegtable alternative is proposed. (16) That- Condition Nos 9, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final building and zoning inspections.
