WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold e public hearing et !he Cily Hall In the City of Aneheim on
April 5, 1971, et 2:00 o'clock P.M. notice of seid public heuring having been duly given es cequired by
lew end in accordance with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipel Code, Chepter 18.72, to hear and consider evidence
for and egainst s~ld proposed reclessificetion and to investigate and make Eindings aod recommendetions in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, seid Commission, eEter due inspectioa, investigetion, and study made by itself end in its behelf, end
after due consideratien of all cvidence and reports offered et seid hearing, does find end dete~mine the following facts:
1. That the petitioner propoaes a reclassification of the sbove described property from the R-A, Agricultt-ral,
Zone to the R-2-S000, One Family, Zone.
2. That the scope of the proposed reclassification, if approved, does not wArrant an
amendment to the General P1&n at the preaent time; however, its relationship to the General
Plan symbol will be conaidered at the next annual review.
