WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim in Reoolution of Intent No,
65R-10 dated Januery 5, 1965 did appro~•~ Reclasaification No. 64-65-57, aubjece to
conditions; and
~~1 WHERF.~1S, subsequent to the above actione, said property was purchased by the
~'t Magnolia Avenue Dapeisk church for churct~ purpoaea; and

;~ WHER~~AS, the new owners have requeated that all proceedings on Reclasaification
;~; No. 64-65-57 be rerminated since it was not their intent to exsrcise the privileRe
approv~~d for multiple f.amily rea~dentiel purposea but to develop a dif£ere~,~ use
~;; approv~+.d under Condl.tional Use Permit No, 1231,
•;'~~~: NC1W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commiseion does
