WHER.EAS, the Anaheim City Planning Commtseion at a public hear.ing on December 7, 1964,
did grant: Variance No, 1671, subject tu condikion~; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Cil•y of An~iheim in conjunetion with Reclasaification
No, 64-65-57 did grant Variance No. 1671 i.n itesolution No. 65R-11 on ;~Anuary 5, 1965; and
