SECTION 18.37.030(E-1-b) - Minimum required~parking apaces. (64 spaces re- quired; 53 spaces proposed), 2. That the petitioner is proposing to expand the existing mote2 to 64 units with 53 park- ing spaces. 3. Thar the petitioner submitted evidence that waiver of the required parking for this particular facility appeared warranted. . 4. That the petitioner stipulated that valet parking of vehicles would be provided in the ' event all parking spaces were filled and additional rooms were still available. 5, That there are exceptionel or extraordinery circumstana ; or conditions epplicable to the property involved or to the intended use of the property that do not apply generally to the property or class of use in the seme vicinity and zone, 6. That the aidewalka and driveways shall be repaired along Weal• Street as required by the City Engineer and ~.n ccordance with al•andard p~ans and apecificatione on £ile in the off'•c~ ~ of the City ~ngineer, 2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file ~ with Ctie office of the Director of Public Works. { 3.
